The Agency Agreement was signed on 7th March 2017, between  NEODRILL AS, a company incorporated under the laws of Norway with company organisation number AS: 981 920 376 and whose registered address is Kongsgaten 13, POB 179, N-4339 Aalgard, Norway, and PAG Oilfield Engineering Co., LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the People's Republic of China with company organisation number AS: 1470721 and whose registered addressis Add.: 009, UNIT E 15/F, CHEUK NANG PLAZA, 250 HENNESSY ROAD, WANCHI, HONGKONG.

Collectively referred to hereinafter as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party".

WHERE AS:

(1) The company wishes to appoint the Agent as its non-exclusive agent for promotion of its Products and Services within the Territory pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

(2) The Agent is a company is qualified to act as the Company's agent pursuant to provisions of China Law.
